The order of products presented in the electronic catalog of Oxwork.com is subject to the acceptance by the customer of all the general conditions of sale set out below. These general conditions of sale are binding on the customer to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for sales in stores, and without regard for the special clauses added by him - except with the express agreement of the seller - nor for the documents advertisements issued by Oxwork.com or any other document.
1. Acceptance
The customer's acceptance of these conditions is materialized by his electronic signature, materialized by the "validation click", as well as by the communication of his bank details for the purpose of payment of his order. This electronic signature has the value of a handwritten signature between the parties. This double approach is equivalent for the customer to acknowledge that he has fully understood and that he unreservedly approves all of these conditions.
2. Products
The presentation photographs illustrating the products offered in the OXWORK.COM electronic catalog tend to describe and present the items with the greatest accuracy. However, a supplier may be required to slightly modify an item, in particular to improve its quality. Therefore these photographs cannot be considered as entering the contractual field and the minimal variations in the representation of the articles can neither engage the responsibility of Oxwork.com nor affect the validity of the sale.
3. Availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Indications on the availability of the products are provided to the customer at the time of placing his order. In the event of unavailability after placing his order, we will inform the customer by e-mail and we undertake either to provide him with replacement items with similar or superior characteristics and qualities at an equal or higher price, or to reimburse him if his bank account has been debited.
4. Command

The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed. Oxwork.com reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The products can only be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. The information stated by the customer, when taking the order, commits the latter: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.

It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "brief period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the judgment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to expose these situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
