There are two ways to track your order.
1. You do not have a customer account
Go directly to https://www.oxwork.com/en/sales/guest/form/ and enter the information requested about your order to obtain the order details.
2. You have a customer account
Log in to your customer area by clicking here.
From your dashboard, you can access your latest orders. Select your order and then in the order details you will find your order tracking number. Just click on it to get your shipping information.
Tracking emails will be sent to you by our logistics service provider to inform you of the various stages of delivery of your parcel.
However, if you have any difficulties, you can contact us by e-mail at support@oxwork.com or by phone at +33 1.85.09.28.33 (customer service open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) stating your order number and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
