If the order has not yet been shipped (you have not received the tracking and invoice by e-mail), you can send an e-mail to support@oxwork.com to try to cancel it.
If the order has not been dispatched but is being prepared by our logistics service, there is nothing our customer service can do.
If the order has already been dispatched, we invite you to refuse the parcel so that it can be returned to the sender (it will take 10-12 days for the refund once the parcel has been received and checked by our logistics service).
