We invite you to send an email to support@oxwork.com with your order reference (starting with 400XXXXXX) which you will find on the delivery note that accompanies your order.
We will then send you a pre-paid label and a return voucher so that you can return your order to us free of charge.
Once your prepaid label is generated, it is valid for 7 days.
Once you have your label and return form, simply follow the steps below:

Please make sure you follow these steps, as they are essential for the smooth running of your return application.
1. PRINT YOUR RETURN FORM AND PREPAID LABEL
2. CUT OUT THE DOTTED LINE
3. PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE :
• Return the items in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
• Place the return form inside the package
• Close the package properly and stick the left side of the prepaid label on the top side (part with the barcodes)
• Keep the second half of the label for stamping and signing when sending the parcel.
4. DELIVER THE PARCEL AT A POST OFFICE
• You can deliver your parcel at a post office and track it thanks to the tracking number.

We will process your refund within 10-12 working days from the date we receive and check the parcel in our warehouse.
