- Send us photos showing the problem you have encountered.
- Tell us about the usage conditions and give us as many details as possible (what profession do you practice? Is the product particularly exposed to heat and/or humidity? etc.)

We undertake to reply within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After examining your file, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund of the item in question.
